This webinar will be hosted by Bennett Adelson’s adoption expert, Judi Pfancuff. Judi will focus on the key fundamentals of change management based on the findings of Prosci Inc. We will begin by looking at the five most important contributors to the success of any change management project while providing food for thought on how to incorporate them into your strategy. We’ll continue by examining the Prosci change management model and how it applies to the state of change in your organization and discuss how it might play a role in your planning. Next, we'll outline six tactics you can adopt that Bennett Adelson has found to be powerful components of successful Teams adoption efforts. Finally, we'll address any questions you have on the challenges you face in achieving Microsoft Teams adoption within your company. The Cleveland Azure Special Interest Group (Azure SIG) (formerly the Cleveland .NET SIG) was founded in a partnership between Bennett Adelson and Microsoft 20 years ago. The SIG has become the forum for Azure collaboration and instruction from some of the brightest minds in the region. The organization was founded to provide enterprise customers and community with educational support on the Azure cloud platform.
